Your satisfaction is the goal of J&M Tackle, Inc. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, please contact our service department at (800) 483-7069 within 30 days of receipt. For non-defective items returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition, you will be refunded or credited for the entire purchase price, less shipping charges. Un-used, non-defective items outside the original package that are not deemed to be re-saleable are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective items are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies. Computer software, books, and custom/special orders will not be accepted for return.
Shipping Liablility for Returned Goods. If you are returning a product due to a reason out of the control of J&M Tackle, i.e. the wrong size was ordered by customer, customer simply does not want the purchased item, etc, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Should your receive an item by mistake, i.e. the item shipped does not match the invoice, or an incorrect size or color was shipped due to the mistake of J&M Tackle (we are only human, and do make mistakes time to time!), arrangements will be made for return at the expense of J&M Tackle. For most returns of this nature, we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the unwanted item(s), and re-ship the correct item. Return issues of extraordinary circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis in an effort to achieve your 100% satisfaction.
How to Return an Unwanted Item. If you would like to return an item, please simply mark the item quanity that you are returning next to the item and send to the above address with the included return sheet. If you would like to exchange an item, please mark the exchange box, and write the item you would like to receive and send to the above address. Please re-pack the item securely in an appropriate shipping containter and return it via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. If you do not have the return sheet, please include a detailed note with contact information.
